Buying TONALI is easy and secure. Just select the products you wish to buy, access your shopping cart and register (or otherwise, first you register and then log into your shopping cart). We always advise a final review of your order when confirming it, to ensure that the quantity, type, colour and length are correct. You choose the payment method that suits better you, and when we receive the notification of your payment we will send the goods and invoice to the address you provided on your registration form.

Our purchasing conditions are:


Users must register to be able to process their orders. Once registered, they can add and remove products at their account, prior the final order confirmation.

Once the order is confirmed and the purchase process completed, which ends with the payment, the client agrees to accept the Terms of and Terms of purchase indicated by TONALI.

The client will be responsible for the order placed, proceeding to the payment within the period of the eight (8) following days. If TONALI does not receive the payment for the goods during these eight (8) days following the order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled, without the possibility of being recovered.

The orders placed from Spain (except the Canary Islands) will apply 21% VAT, following current regulations.
The orders placed from Canary Islands or abroad (TONALI is a Spain based company), the mentioned TAX does not apply, following current regulations.

The goods will be sent immediately after payment reception.

The payment options we offer are:

Bank Transfer
Once the order is confirmed, the client has a maximum of six (6) days term to proceed with the payment to the account number which will be indicated once the order is complete. In order to expedite the delivery of the goods, kindly send us the transfer receipt via email.

Credit Card
Payment can be made easily with a credit card on the website of our partner bank, with maximum security.

Transport expenses will be invoiced to the costumer.
If the client wants the goods to be sent by a particular way and expense, we must be informed at the order confirmation, in any case, transport charges will be paid by the customer.

In the event that a parcel is returned to us without previous warning, transport expenses incurred will be invoiced to the client. If payment is not received within the indicated term, legal action will be taken.

In the event of a product with a defect of production, provided that it is not due to their handmade/handcrafted nature, the client is entitled to the replacement of the product with a new product with the same characteristics.
